2006 Subaru STI in Red Deer, AB

I bought the car last november of a guy from Winnipeg Manitoba. He imported the car from the states (Washington) and used it as his daily commuter to and from school. I carfaxed the car before I bought it and it came back clean. He told me he slid into the back of a lady and it just cracked the front bumper up so he got a new one. Other then that its clean as can be.
I bought the car for myself because I was planning on going to school in calgary and my diesel was to big and expensive for a calgary student. I ended up going back to work so I need another truck and cant keep the car unfortunately. I had the out of province inspection done at my local subaru dealership. Passed easily, just got the rotors machined and new brake pads done.
The car has about 89xxx kms. Its stage 2 which consists of cobb downpipe, spt catback, spt intake, and cobb ap1 tuner. Its on the 91 octance fuel map. As far as anything wrong, theres nothing. It drives straight, no pulls or wobbles. No weird noises, no problems. Oil was just done yesterday.
